Simple, yet effective speed techniques and drills that may be often overlooked need to be applied into your programming if you want to compete at the highest levels.

Applying aspects that are mandatory for success in almost every sport such as: flexibility and mobility, coordination, explosive power, multi-directional acceleration and deceleration techniques, and conditioning is the key to developing overall athletic ability in congruence with an effective strength program.

Many people are hesitant when it comes to speed being taught. They believe that because someone isn’t naturally fast that there isn’t much you can do about it. Yes, it is true that not everyone can be an Olympic track star, but in reality, most athletes have never been taught how to move efficiently.

With a semi-private set up, 360° Speed includes a 6:1 athlete:coach ratio in a small group atmosphere. Each athlete receives a custom-tailored workout designed to their specific demands, sport(s), time of year, and willingness to COMPETE. 

360° Speed sessions running throughout the year:

Tuesdays & Thursdays: 7:00 pm

Saturdays: 9:00 am

Sunday: 11:00 am
