What to Expect

Beginning November 1st, 2017, the mission of Total Athlete Performance becoming a part of the Verona community, is to design and implement principles and practices of the most modern and up-to-date sciences in the Strength and Conditioning field. Our goal is to create and maintain a positive working environment for athletes and to design and implement appropriate workouts that consist of mobility and flexibility, power and speed training, strength training, and conditioning, giving each athlete the tools to build on their strengths and improve on their weaknesses. The result is a stronger, more injury-resistant athlete capable of withstanding the rigors of their sport(s)/season(s).

Semi-Private Training

Given the space, format, and frequency of team training, it is challenging to meet the needs of each individual player. Semi-private training includes a 6:1 athlete:coach ratio in a small group atmosphere. Each athlete receives a custom-tailored training program designed to their specific needs and goals of their sport and time of season. Athletes of any experience level are able to work at an intensity that is comfortable for themselves.
